Kundalini Yoga: The Yoga of Awareness
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology designed to expand our
consciousness.

There is an enormous reserve of untapped potential within each of us. Kundalini Yoga
enables us to tap into this energy by utilizing special breathing, combined with postures,
hand and finger gestures, body locks, chanting, and meditation. These are done together,
or in sequence to create exact, specific effects.

Kundalini yoga is about tapping our infinite potential. You will benefit greatly
from an elevation in consciousness, promotion of physical well-being, and an
expansion of awareness.
Kundalini yoga is perfect for anyone; any level of experience, all ages, and sizes!
