She is a Toltec Master and Seer, and has been practicing the Healing Arts for 7 years. Brooke integrates a variety of spiritual practices, including Toltec Wisdom, Shamanism, Buddhist Meditation, Mindfulness, 12 Step Recovery, Yoga, Energy Medicine and Meridian Dancing, to create powerful and effective transformation for her clients. Like the pulse of the cardiovascular system, the craniosacral system has a rhythm that can be felt throughout the body. Using a gentle touch, skilled practitioners can monitor this rhythm at key body points to determine the source of an obstruction, stress, displacement or misalignment.
