Daniel will incorporate the work of John Kabot Zinn "Where ever you go there you are", Eckart Tolle "Power of Now" and Jack Cornfield "A
Path with heart" respectively.

Workshop attendees will work on deeping their meditation and connecting with their inner selves through the divine energies of the
heart. They will also explore the practical usage of subtle energies in healing the self and others, sensing, and awakening intuition, and
meditation in movement. Daniel will also interact with attendees working with the spiritual wisdom and energy of Lao-Tzu.

For nearly 30 years, Daniel Lamontagne has worked with various  teachers and guided countless students in the study and practice of
meditation and the healing arts. A graduate of Christian Brothers College, Daniel has long recognized that awareness of the
body-mind-spirit connection is essential in maintaining a full and healthy life.

As Daniel's entrepreneurial ventures expanded; he remained focused on the body-mind-spirit connection and particularly on his own
spiritual cultivation. Raised a roman Catholic, Daniel built upon that foundation through daily meditation and the study of other world
religions and spiritual practices. Through those studies, both formal and informal, he has seen the common thread that weaves
through and unites all faiths and spiritual endeavors the single thread that bears many names, such as God consciousness, Christ
consciousness, Buddha consciousness, and the Holy Spirit. Daniel's personal journey has led him to active participation in the Chee
chung / Chee Hau meditation community, which centers on a Taoist / Buddhist / Confucian tradition. He is also connected to the Pu-lin
Buddhists Temple in Memphis.

Daniel will go into a deep state of meditation and connect with the wisdom and energy of lao-Tzu. He will go around the room and talk
with each person. His teachings are more Eastern than western. Sometimes he works through confusion wanting us to make our own
decisions. He does not want us to depend on him for all the answers. On the other hand he may be very direct and very accurate. He
wants us to make our own choices. He makes us think,, and makes us feel. In that way we can grow. He acts as a mirror in order that we
may see ourselves more clearly.
