| Join Dr. Sue Ruzicka, Ed.D. for an Introduction to "Sound Tools for Self Healing" This 2-hour hands-on introduction is a repeat of a popular & fun class in order to permit as many people as possible to experience this wonderful modality. The in-depth class will delve more in depth into the powerful healing aspects of sound using a variety of different sound tools. Sue Ruzicka, Ed.D. , has studied with John Beaulieu; Tom Kenyon: Peter Kelly and other sound masters.
Using sound as a healing modality since 1988, Sue has experienced the power of sound both personally and
with her clients.
Her mother was a gifted musician, so every since her conception, she has been surrounded by the vibration of
sound and music.
She now works with sound as a healing modality using tuning forks, crystal bowls, and psychoacoustics systems
like the BETAR.
The BETAR is an acronym for BioEnergetic Transducer-Aided Resonance.
Music and sound has been a significant part of her life since birth.
Surrounded by music most of her life, she found it to be a powerful healing modality.
She brings this expertise, knowledge and skill into her practice as a Sound Healer.

After the death of her mother, her last living relative, Dr. Sue turned to sound and music for her own healign.
Having grown up with a talented musician for a mother, she was always surrounded by music from a variety of
diverse sources: piano, organ, voice, guitar, clarinet, and other instruments. She began to explore the use of
sound to heal the great loss she was feeling. She first became aware of the healing power of sound through
psychoacoustic systems, like the VibraSound and the BETAR. She then began to incorporate crystal bowls. It was
the tuning forks that really captured her attention, because of their portability and consistently clear resonance and
precise frequency which led her to study with many sound masters like John Bealieu; Jonathan Goldman; Tom
Kenyon; Peter Kelly; David Hulse and many more.

| This class contains 7 CE units for massage therapists. Dr. Sue is a NCBTMB Continuing Education Provider. All massage therapists will receive a certificate of completion noting those hours. Everyone is welcome to take this class. It is a plus to LMTs who need CE units. |
