Founded in September 2003, the American Paranormal Society's (APS) members consist of everyday people from all walks of life who share a few common interests and goals. The APS strives to investigate ghosts and hauntings, to gather scientific evidence, to offer paranormal education, to assist others with spirit presences in their lives, and to further paranormal research as an acceptable scientific endeavor. We want people who share a desire to research and investigate the paranormal. We hold our meetings on the second Saturday of the month in Nashville, Tennessee, and we frequently offer informative classes and workshops to the public which are often free.
