| Acupuncture Happy Hour Come join us for Acupuncture Happy Hour, an opportunity to receive the benefits of acupuncture in a relaxed and enjoyable group setting. In this community style of treatment, participants are comfortably seated, usually in a circle, while up to five small needles are gently inserted in each ear. The group setting strongly supports each individual treatment, while guided meditation and soothing music enhance the effectiveness of the experience. Reported benefits to this type of treatment include more peaceful sleep, less sense of stress and anxiety, greater mental clarity, improved energy and emotional balance, and a greater overall sense of well-being.
